A Vegan Shopping List for 2

A Vegan Shopping List for 2

We are two vegans living in inner city Melbourne shopping at The Source FitzroySouth Melbourne Market and Coles Fitzroy on a low shared income. Our diet is mainly high carb, low fat, gluten free whole foods, and this is an insight into our standard pantry. If we moved house and started from scratch, this is exactly what our grocery list would look like.

The below groceries add up to approximately $150 and given the estimated volume of food works out to be a maximum of $40/person per week. Vegan diets aren’t difficult, expensive, weird or unhealthy. They’re cheap, easy, tasty and good for you.
